General Questions

Does the FOB price on IJI’s website include additional costs like freight charge, storage charge fees, tax and duties, etc.?


No, these fees are not included in our pricing. The term “Price,” as seen on IJI’s website, refers to the vehicle’s price only. Our shipping charge should be added to the price when you purchase the vehicle from us. After receiving the vehicle, you will be responsible for paying port clearing costs, import duties, taxes and any additional fees required by your country or the port of discharge. Please contact local authorities or a reputable clearing agent for further details.




Which auction are you a member of?


Our auction licence are USS,CAA,TAA,JU,Honda,Bayauc and IAA.




What does ”No accidents” mean?


We check weld marks as structure issue. Every weld marks are ok,It means "No accidents". Weld mark is fault,It means ”Structural parts were replaced", ”Replaced structural parts" is not "No accidents". Also "Screwed parts were replaced(ex Replaced front fendar)" is "No accidents". Anyway,"No accidents" does not mean "No repair history".

Does your company exist?


You can check it by JEVIC(Japan Export Vehicle Inspection Center Co Ltd) web site.they have a approved-dealers-program. Also we are on Autohub website as suppliers. Finaly We were a member of Tradecarview and cardealpage.





Vehicles & Inventory

Does the vehicle come with an English manual?


No: because we sell Japanese vehicles previously owned and operated in Japan, any provided manual will be in Japanese.




Can I request vehicles not listed on your website?


Definitely! Please do not hesitate to let us know what you are looking for. Our staff will do our best to find the vehicle that best suits your request.




Can you install audio systems or other parts such as alloy wheels?


Yes, we can. Please tell us what you want us to install before asking for the Proforma Invoice.




Can I arrange a visit to see your vehicles in person?


Unfortunately, this is not possible as we do not allow anyone into our storage yard for security reasons. However, you can visit our office. To do so, please schedule an appointment in advance.




What is the year of manufacture of this vehicle?


You can check it on this website by your self.





Buying & Paying

What currencies do you accept?


Primarily, we accept payment in U.S. dollars. However, under certain circumstances, Japanese yen and New Zealand dollars are also accepted. No other currencies are accepted.




What kind of payment methods can we use?


We accept only payments via bank wire transfer .




Who is responsible for paying the bank transfer fee?


The buyer is responsible for all bank fees. Please confirm the cost of this fee with your bank before closing the purchase agreement with our staff.





Shipping&Documents

Can you ship auto parts inside the vehicle I am buying?


No, we are not allowed to put anything inside the vehicle unless it is shipped by container. In the case of New Zealand,we are allowed to put "small parts" inside the vehicle.




How will the documents be sent via Ems, Fed-X,UPS or DHL?


We will send the documents by DHL. In the case New Zealand, We will send the documents by EMS. (Except AUTOHUB D2D)




Which port is IJI's nearest port?


Nagoya port.




Which forwarder will you use?


Default is Autohub.http://www.autohub.co/
